The Camping Area

Service unit 1 contains Women´s and Men´s sections with showers & lavatories, recreation room with TV, kitchen, laundry room and nursery room. At the corner of the building you will find drinking water and drainage system for caravans.

The area has got three more service units with showers, lavatories, drinking water, drainage systems and facilities for washing up. Service units 2 and 3 are also equipped with kitchenettes. All showers and lavatories are free of charge for camping guests. Washing machines are found in service unit 1. Tokens for the washing machines are available at the reception and at the shop Mat-Ekan.

Playgrounds can be found in the cottage area and on the beach.

Four pay-phones are available in the area.

Suitable for the disabled

Lavatories designed for disabled persons can be found in all the service units. The area has no hills and roads are paved with asphalt. A number of cottages have been renovated with non-allergic materials and are suitable for disabled people.

Active environmental work

Environmental-friendliness is a natural part of the quality concept at Byske Havsbad. Active environmental work is a matter of course to the staff. At each service unit there is a recycling station for sorting paper, cardboard, , coloured and clear glass etc. There is also a container for used charcoal and a large container for refuse. In the shop Mat-Ekan you may get money on return bottles or cans.
